Best 07 Alch Item(s)? +rep reward

Hey guys,

Please post the best items to alch in 07. Yew longs are undoubtedly a classic, but are there any better alternatives in terms of saving money whilst being able to obtain a relatively large bulk of them? (i.e. not something costing 40k ea!)

I think it was Maple Shortbow U or Longbow i cant remember correctly.

I'll give you a small list of what you can alch.
- Maple Longbow (u)
- Maple Longbow
- Magic Longbow
- Green D'hide Vambraces
- Green D'hide Body
- I keep all my ring of duelling/games necklace/slayer ring (1) untill I have like 100 of one and then I alch them.
-If you do alot of slayer or kill alot of iron/steel dragons you can keep the rune javelins from drops untill you have 1k+ and alch them for profit.

I could keep going but this should give you a basic idea of what I used to alch and still alch.

Green d hide bodies and battlestaves; relativly very expensive per item but quite low loss.

If blast furnace is active in 07 then you could go for mith plates.

Hi guys,

Thanks for your suggestions. +rep goes to Kenny as I have decided to do green d'hide bodies at a 40gp loss per alch which is quite good imo.
