Where can i apply to join the mentoring program on Old School Runescape??

We do not currently have a mentoring program for OSRS, but to apply for RS3 mentoring you can look here:

Currently we do not offer a program specifically for Old School Runescape; we had one in the past, but it wasn't as popular as we had hoped. Perhaps if it gets enough interest, we can pursue reopening it later on

Though if you need some advice or speculation on an item, you can make a thread in this (clicky) section. Alternatively you can ask advice from the Mentors here (clicky); whereas the advice we give is usually targeted towards RS3 players, there are some OSRS players amongst the Mentors (myself included) who probably wouldn't mind trying to answer your question.
